Volume 26, Number 1 |
It has been a few years Since our last E&O rhyme So, after thinking it over We thought it was time
To set forth in prose What we discussed this past year If you forgot what we covered A brief summary is here
We started the year With resolutions to ponder One was to examine your practices Instead of looking yonder
Super Storm Sandy Was a very hot issue We reviewed storm claims and coverages And other things that went askew
We also covered the benefits Of using coverage checklists Better customer service they deliver And provide good E&O defenses
During the annual seminars We reviewed trends and the law Good E&O practices and procedures Must always be at the core
In August, we covered An insurer’s duty to defend So if a customer has an issue Support you may lend
In November, we covered The importance of good documentation You will be so happy you have it If you face E&O litigation
So, as another year begins We wish you happiness and prosperity But remember good E&O practices Will help your agency stay E&O free!
The partners, associates and staff of Keidel, Weldon & Cunningham, LLP wish all New York insurance agents and brokers a happy and prosperous New Year.
