WHAT:   Big I New York is coordinating spring in-district visits with state lawmakers to leverage your power, influence, and expertise in the legislative process. Meetings will cover select issues from the Big I NY 2025 Legislative Position Paper, highlight the state of the market, and help build stronger legislative relationships.

WHEN:   Exact visit dates are TBD, but we will be scheduling meetings for the week of April 21 and certain Fridays in May.

WHERE:   Meetings will be held at legislative district offices in or near your town.

WHY:   Lawmakers want to hear from their constituents and local business leaders. This is your opportunity to share perspective with elected officials without traveling to Albany. You don't need to be an expert on politics or legislation... you just need to be willing to speak about your experiences as an independent agent and shre your passion for helping customers.

NEXT STEPS:   Simply let us know you're interested by completing the registration form. In April we will follow up with meeting details and other logistics to help you prepare for visits. An experienced volunteer or Big I NY staff member will accompany each meeting.
