Notice of Annual Meeting of Members & Online Voting

As a member of Big I NY, you are invited to cast a ballot on behalf of Big I New York / IAAC for the coming year's leadership representatives through online proxy.


 

The 2025 Annual Meeting of Members of Big I New York (the "Association") will be held at the Long Island Marriott, 101 James Doolittle Blvd., Uniondale, NY on May 14, 2025, 5:15 pm for the following purposes:

  1. To elect Regional Directors: East-North Region one (1) Director to serve for a two (2) year term; Metro-Suburban Region two (2) Directors to serve for a two (2) year term; West-Central Region three (3) Directors to serve for a two (2) year term. Your proxy ballot will only list your Regional Director(s).
  2. To elect the Chair of the Board and Vice Chair/Secretary-Treasurer for a term of one (1) year each.
  3. To amend the By-Laws of the Association as herein set forth. See proposed Big I NY By-Laws Changes here.
  4. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Only Members in good standing on the date of the Annual Meeting are entitled to vote at the meeting and any adjournment.

You are welcome to attend the annual meeting. However, to assure your representation at the meeting, you are urged to cast your vote at biginy.org/vote (member login required).  If you attend the meeting, you may vote either in person or by proxy. Any proxy given may be revoked by you in writing or in person at any time prior to the exercise thereof.

Online votes must be cast by May 8, 2025. You will need to log into the Big I New York website in order to submit a vote.
Forgot your username or password?  Any proxy given may be revoked by you in writing or in person at any time prior to the exercise thereof.
