Big I New York will make an ongoing and purposeful commitment to promoting and advancing diversity and inclusion within New York's insurance industry. We will do this by identifying, including, and empowering members from underrepresented communities; by facilitating the recruitment and training of underrepresented communities within the IA system; by providing support and resources to help new and exisiting minority-owned agencies thrive; and by identifiying industry practices, procedures, protocols and roles that are barriers to diversity and inclusion within the industry and working to develop meaningful solutions.
