The E&O TLC Agency Audit - Available to all insureds

Conducting an agency audit is an excellent line of defense in preventing an E&O claim and improving client services. The agency audit tools will help your agency analyze its internal operations to ensure that standardized policies and procedures are being adhered to throughout the company. 

  • Customized agency audit
  • Conducted by experienced E&O attorneys of Keidel & Cunningham, LLP
  • Comprehensive review of the procedures and workflows followed throughout the agency
  • Personalized recommendations to reduce the risk of an E&O loss and claim 10% premium credit may be available to Westport member insureds*

*The audit and approval process may take up to a year to complete. The credit will be applied to the renewal following approval.

The partners of Keidel & Cunningham, LLP are available for a personal consultation to discuss specific issues affecting your agency.

Members can phone Big I NY (800-962-7950) to seek consultation from the law firm of Keidel & Cunningham, LLP. The law firm may be able to answer questions quickly over the telephone. In those cases when an answer cannot be provided in a short time on the phone, the law firm will offer options for further consideration.

Private Loss Control Seminars

A private E&O seminar can be specifically customized and presented for your agency. Big I NY can arrange for the seminar to provide for continuing education credits for all licensed seminar attendees.

Don't forget! You can earn a Premium Reduction Credit! Big I NY members whose E&O coverage is written through IAAC may qualify for a premium reduction on their renewal if the required agency staff attend a designated E&O seminar.
